Mr. Ajey is the Founder & Managing Director of NutriCorp Agri Pvt. Ltd. He holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture, specializing in Agricultural Microbiology, from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, with over 14 years of experience in crop nutrition, soil health, microbial technologies, field extension, farmer advisory, and sustainable agriculture. Beginning his career in 2010 as a Junior Executive, he gained extensive field experience in crop production, nutrient management, farmer training, demonstrations, and technical advisory.
Driven by a strong commitment to farmer development, Mr. Ajey believes farmers are the backbone of the country’s agricultural ecosystem. His vision focuses on providing farmers with high-quality, scientifically driven agricultural solutions that improve nutrient-use efficiency, crop productivity, soil health, and produce quality while supporting better return on investment (ROI). He combines agricultural science with practical field expertise to promote productive, profitable, and sustainable farming practices.
Mr. Ajey founded NutriCorp Agri Pvt. Ltd. on November 5, 2024, with a vision to build a science-led and knowledge-driven agricultural organization. As Founder & Managing Director, he leads strategic growth, innovation, product development, and farmer engagement while building a technically skilled, collaborative, and field-oriented team. Through continuous learning, field exposure, and knowledge sharing, he aims to create long-term value for farmers and contribute to the advancement of sustainable agriculture.
